Item Promoting multilingualism in school(CEP USM, 2024) Wittman, HanaIn this article, various models of motivation that influence the learning process are examined, with a particular focus on the field of foreign languages. Motivational structures, including academic self-efficacy, attributions, achievements, and internal motivational objectives, are presented as fundamental elements in promoting or hindering academic success. The diverse ways in which students can be motivated are analyzed, highlighting the importance of adapting motivation to the context, arguing that it may vary depending on the situation, context, and school environment. Definitions and understanding of adaptive and maladaptive motivational models are proposed, along with an analysis of their evolution over time. Research results are presented, indicating that beliefs associated with adaptive motivation, such as academic self-efficacy, lead to improved performance and achievements, while beliefs associated with maladaptive motivation, such as fear of failure, have negative effects on academic performance and achievementsItem PSIHOLOGIA SĂNĂTĂŢII CA DOMENIU ŞTIINŢIFIC DE FUNDAMENTARE ŞI VALORIFICARE A CONDUITELOR PRO-SĂNĂTATE ÎN CONTEXTUL EDUCAŢIEI PENTRU SĂNĂTATE A LICEENILOR(CEP USM, 2009) Cuznețov, Larisa; Apostol Stanica, LilianaThe present article reflects a scientific study applicative nature of analyzing conditions, life style and principles of health education for high school students. Defining personal goals, beliefs about health training models have been undertaken in the formative experiment. The authors stated and defined concepts: healthy lifestyle and healthy style. The article contains an analysis of health psychology principles in the context of finding experimental results compared with the preliminary experiment, focused on the analysis and interpretation of Health Study and Youth Development (2005). The author positively affirms that in the period we are going through, with effervescent changes at all levels, including those in societies in trans ition, the university discipline „Project Management”, intended for socio-humanistic departments, offers students big chances for professional qualification. It provokes students to research, create and study both individually and in teams. This subject also favors concrete actions according to some functional reference terms. Project management has become an omnipresent problem in the educational activity at any scholar level and at the university level; it will further be approached in a generalized and integrated manner with ample nterdisciplinary references in the educational sciences domain, as well as in different types of management.Item ASPECTE DE GEN ÎN PREGĂTIREA CADRELOR DIDACTICE(CEP USM, 2007) Bodrug-Lungu, ValentinaSocial importance and legal background of establishment of gender education paradigm is based on transition from sex-role approach in education (which reduces the development of a person to feminine/masculine biology) to a gender approach (which over passing the biologic determinism offers a person more chances of personal and professional autoappreciation). All of the above by all means imply significant changes in consideration of educational phenomena, content and educational technologies, training of didactic staff gender sensitive. Gender sensibility stipulates for capacity of a teacher to understand, realized and model the impact of social environment, methods and types of work with a child in forming gender identity, his/her capacity to realize and react to sexist manifestations.Item EVALUAREA INFORMATIZATĂ: ABORDARE PSIHOPEDAGOGICĂ ŞI METODOLOGICĂ(CEP USM, 2007) Railean, ElenaInformation and Communication Technology (ICT) used in virtual learning environments offers the immediate feedback, as well as, individual, collaborative and group based assessment. Individual feedback is replaced by process oriented feedback. According to constructivism theory, feedback is focused on selective and comparative presentation of curricular objectives. Students’ achievements are analyzed by considering reproductive answers. The article offers an overview of the literature on computer based assessment concept. Also forms and design stages of the computerized tests are presented. Sunt deduse particularitățile și funcțiile psihopedagogiei, dar și statutul psihopedagogului în instituțiile de învățământ.
