Item The effects of gadgets in conflict behaviors among preschoolers(CEP USM, 2024) Petrea, Daniela MioaraThis article brings to the fore the influence of gadgets on preschoolers, as well as their effects on behavior and self-esteem. The article presents the influence of gadgets in the child’s development, being a determining factor for the conflictive, aggressive behaviors that appeared at a given moment in preschoolers. The effects of virtual violence on children are presented, studies that highlight the adverse effects of gadgets used at a young age. Through a study, we highlighted the influence of the virtual world on the preschooler’s self-image, because self-esteem influences the conflicting behaviors that appear among preschoolers. The research showed, along with other studies, the negative influence of gadgets on the preschool child, as long as the time allocated to them exceeds a certain threshold and the content of the viewed materials is not in a relationship congruent with the degree of maturation of the body and the cognitive and affective potential of the user.Item Effective conflict management in early childhood education(CEP USM, 2023) Ilie, Atena-LuminițaThis review explores both traditional and innovative strategies for managing conflicts in early childhood education. Traditional methods like mediation and behavioral interventions are examined alongside emerging trends such as restorative practices. Recent studies are synthesized to assess the effectiveness of these approaches, emphasizing their transformative potential for creating positive learning environments and supporting socio-emotional well-being. Identifying gaps in current understanding, the review suggests avenues for future research in conflict management within early childhood education, providing valuable insights for educators and policymakers.Item APRECIEREA NIVELULUI DE DEZVOLTARE A PREMISELOR SCRISULUI LA PREȘCOLARII CU DISLALIE(CEP USM, 2024) Bragarenco, Tatiana; Blaga, TatianaThe article describes the outcomes of an experimental investigation focused on assessing psychomotor maturity and early detection of dyslexia and dysgraphia symptoms in older preschoolers with dyslalia. It explores the differences in psychomotor development between these children and those with normal language development. The study aimed to achieve several objectives: to select and describe methods and techniques for evaluating psychomotor maturity and identifying the development level of writing prerequisites in preschoolers involved in the experiment; to identify participants and form experimental and control groups; and to apply methods for assessing psychomotor maturity and writing readiness. The results of the experiment are detailed in the main text of the paper, which includes the analysis and interpretation of the obtained findings.Item Particularităţile apariţiei şi manifestării conflictelor în instituţiile de educaţie timpurie(CEP USM, 2023) Petrea, Daniela-MioaraAcest articol, prezintă particularităţile de manifestare a conflictelor în instituţiile de educaţie timpurie, tipurile de conflicte care se întâlnesc în grădiniţe, strategii de prevenire a conflictelor şi tipuri de reacţie atunci când o persoană este implicată într-un conflict. În articol sunt evidenţiate o parte din motivele conflictelor, precum şi premisele apariţiei acestora. Conflictele între preşcolari sunt cele mai des întâlnite, ele iau naştere de la grupa mică, principalele motive fiind nevoia de afirmare, nevoia de autonomie, nevoia de autorealizare, nevoia de autoapărare. Cadrul didactic are un rol esenţial în aplanarea conflictelor, atât în sala de grupă, cât şi în relaţia cu părinţii preşcolarilor. Articolul prezintă exemple de conflicte între managerul unei instituţii de învăţământ preşcolar şi cadrele didactice, precum şi exemple de conflicte apărute între educatoare.
