Group work is a well-known and highly spread alternative instruction method replacing the classic frontal one. School is not merely a place of acquiring knowledge; it is a social end eavour that fosters several essential life skills like communication, collaboration, and community-building. One of the most effective ways to nurture these skills in students is through group work. Using it in the classroom provides an opportunity for students to build connections, enhance their learning experience, and develop crucial interpersonal skills that are essential in both academic and professional settings.Item Psycho-pedagogical factors and principles for stress management situations in the educational process [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Ilisie, Maria-GabrielaThe article presents the psycho-pedagogical factors and principles of managing the professional stress of teachers in the educational process. The analysis of specialized literature demonstrates that there are stressful factors that influence the professional activity of teachers. In the given context, there are several types of stress: the stress produced by the education process, the stress from the parent’s attitude, the stress from the class of students. The normative framework of professional stress management is based on psycho-pedagogical principles, especially the principles of practical pedagogy, which foresee certain actions undertaken in the relationship between the teacher and the actors involved in the educational process.Item Communication based on emotional culture in higher education – a contemporary imperative [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Ichim, Radu-GabrielThis study examines the role of emotional culture in contemporary higher education, framing its development as a central objective for the current era. The analysis identifies current challenges within university communication processes, highlighting difficulties in teacher–student interactions arising from gaps in emotional awareness among academics, as well as students’ struggles to achieve emotional integration within academic communities. The paper advocates for an educational paradigm grounded in empathetic communication, proposing strategies such as enhancing academics’ emotional competencies, integrating affective development into curricula, and promoting emotional self-education. Couple relationships have become more complex, and expectations towards the partner have increased. Organizarea eficientă în aceste medii implică gestionarea diversității în echipe, leadership empatic și comunicare transparentă. Abilitățile interpersonale și sensibilitatea culturală sunt esențiale în acest proces, având potențialul de a aduce beneficii precum inovația și îmbunătățirea relațiilor interpersonale într-o lume tot mai diversificată.Item Promoting multilingualism in school(CEP USM, 2024) Wittman, HanaIn this article, various models of motivation that influence the learning process are examined, with a particular focus on the field of foreign languages. Motivational structures, including academic self-efficacy, attributions, achievements, and internal motivational objectives, are presented as fundamental elements in promoting or hindering academic success. The diverse ways in which students can be motivated are analyzed, highlighting the importance of adapting motivation to the context, arguing that it may vary depending on the situation, context, and school environment. Definitions and understanding of adaptive and maladaptive motivational models are proposed, along with an analysis of their evolution over time. Research results are presented, indicating that beliefs associated with adaptive motivation, such as academic self-efficacy, lead to improved performance and achievements, while beliefs associated with maladaptive motivation, such as fear of failure, have negative effects on academic performance and achievementsItem Interpersonal relationships of children with learning difficulties within the student group(CEP USM, 2024) Druguș, OlgaAn important aspect in the development of the child’s personality is socialization. Early social skills are necessary for a child’s psychological development as they begin to form positive relationships with adults and other children from an early age. The important role for achieving expected expectations belongs to the teaching staff, who, in the instructive-educational process, take care that all children behave well, and are accept ed in the group of students. The article presents the result of the sociometric study in the research cards of the problem of developing competence and communication skills in primary school students, in order to determine the evolution of interpersonal relations within the group/class where there are students with learning difficulties. The study reveals the socio-affective structure of the group at a given time, for a given situation, in our case studying interpersonal relationships through the lens of communication between children with learning difficulties and typical ones. The construction of the sociogram is carried out progressively, implemented with the sociogram of the elections, later completed with that of the rejections. Based on the sociograms, we realize that within the group there is some homogeneity, the number of attractions exceeding the number of rejections.Item Speech exercises for forming specific communicative competences in context of developing dialogical speech in gagauz language(CEP USM, 2024) Coceanji, NadejdaIn the article, the author describes the importance and features of the speech situation, notes its role in the formation of communicative competence in the Gagauz language. The author emphasizes the feasibility of interactive learning. The article describes in detail the characteristics of micro- and macro-situations, in the context of thematic units. Here the emphasis is on the development of speaking as a productive type of speech activity through which oral verbal communication is performed. The goal of teaching speaking in the Gagauz language and literature lesson is the formation of such speech skills that would allow the student to use them in extracurricular speech practice at the level of communication in a social environment.
