    In today's global context, especially in higher education, sustainability and innovation are closely intertwined. This study deepens the key role of higher education institutions not only as academic centers but also as dynamic catalysts for sustainable economic growth, especially in the Eastern Partnership countries. Focusing on Moldova's active participation in research and innovation initiatives of the European Union, we evaluate its position in the Global Innovation Index compared to its counterparts from the Eastern Partnership. We emphasize the importance of the triangular interaction between science, business and academia in promoting innovation. The study highlights the European Union's concerted efforts to stimulate research-led economic growth in the region. By analyzing key performance indicators and innovative outcomes, this study offers a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by the Eastern Partnership countries in their pursuit of sustainable development in an era of global interdependence.

    În articol se analizează rezultatele unei vizite de studiu în Finlanda, întreprinse recent de un grup de manageri şi profesori, pentru a cunoaşte în detalii sistemul educaţional şi contextul în care acesta s-a dezvoltat şi a atins performanţe remarcabile. Se prezintă mai multe priorităţi politice vizavi de educaţie şi de centrarea ei pe elev şi pe profesor, deopotrivă. De asemenea, se scot în evidenţă diverse practici pozitive, relevante pentru îmbunătăţirea învăţământului din Republica Moldova, la etapa actuală.

    METASYSTEMIC TECHNOLOGY OF INSTRUCTION, STUDENT RESEARCH AND INNOVATION

    Metasystemic technology of traiing, student research and innovation (D.Balanel) –MTTRIis the developmentof educational technology J.F. Herbart by cybernetic, metasystem approach, feedbacks, diffusion of knowledges, competences in real time, intuition and with application in high education. “Metasystemic technology training, student research and innovation (D.Balanel)” is introducing in science by author. Technology is based on metasystem,including pedagogy, psychology, management, cybernetics, mathematics.The paper discusses training, student-centered and competence-centered, the equation of training, equation of trainingwith notes early, appropriate to Bologna Process, ways to educate interest and research capabilities, innovation of students; studying the factors that determine the student make transition to self-knowledge accumulation, learn with satisfaction the research and innovation, transition from apperception to intuition. The author relies on metasystemic training technology, skills to work in real time, using student thesaurus from computer science, informatics and history ofcybernetics; learnexperience and performance of the most eminent personalities in the development of computer science and cybernetics, Norbert Wiener and Alain Turing, William Ross Ashby and John von Neumann, others personalities, holding the Turing and Neumann and other A wards in cybernetics and informatics . Scientific education of students includes identifying scientific issues, enrollment of students in research. Identifying the scientific problems inherited as millennial problems in mathematics and computer science, current issues and future of science; incentives in applying forces young people to solve them. The enrollment of students in scientific work is done by conducting research with students on issues of university research in the scientific teams, scientific laboratories and simulators, training. The result of "IRI–triangle activity (instruction-research-innovation)" is estimated by joint publications of teachers with students, performance places in competitions, scientific evidence recovered, performance and international awards.
