SCHIMB DE EXPERIENTA SI BUNE PRACTICI PRIVIND EDUCATIA FINLANDEZA, CENTRATA PE PROFESOR SI PE ELEV

Abstract

În articol se analizează rezultatele unei vizite de studiu în Finlanda, întreprinse recent de un grup de manageri şi profesori, pentru a cunoaşte în detalii sistemul educaţional şi contextul în care acesta s-a dezvoltat şi a atins performanţe remarcabile. Se prezintă mai multe priorităţi politice vizavi de educaţie şi de centrarea ei pe elev şi pe profesor, deopotrivă. De asemenea, se scot în evidenţă diverse practici pozitive, relevante pentru îmbunătăţirea învăţământului din Republica Moldova, la etapa actuală.This article analyzes the results of a study visit, recently undertaken in Finland, by a group of managers and teachers, to know in detail the educational system and the context in which it has developed and achieved remarkable results. There are presented more policy priorities, related to education focused on student and teacher alike. It also highlights various positive practices, relevant for the improvement of education in the Republic of Moldova, at the present stage
