National curriculum and creativity development: perspectives of teachers in Moldova [Articol]
    (CEP USM, 2025) Tolstaia, Svetlana
In today’s world, characterized by rapid change and uncertainty, creativity is becoming a key skill for successful adaptation and innovation. This paper discusses whether the school curriculum should promote creativity and creative thinking. Curricula have the potential to develop creative thinking in students. However, to achieve this goal, it is necessary to consider the content and teaching methods, ensuring a balance between standardization and creative freedom to ensure the development of both basic knowledge and students’ creativity. It presents the results of a study of teachers’ opinions in the Republic of Moldova regarding the role of curricula and teaching materials in various disciplines in developing and shaping students’ creativity and creative thinking.

FILOSOFIA PENTRU COPII ȘI EDUCAȚIA PENTRU O SOCIETATE BAZATĂ PE CERCETARE
    (CEP USM, 2020) Bălan, Marin
Philosophy for Children is a program already successfully applied in education for an inquiry-driven society. Lipman thinks that the essential components of the educational process are democracy and reasonableness; they form the regulative ideas of an inquiry-driven society. The traditional education has failed to cultivate human reasonableness. Reasonableness is not realized only as a result of the mathematical and logical use of thought. My paper aims to present the Philosophy for Children as a „multidimensional thinking” programme, not only critical thinking, but also creative thinking and caring thinking.

    (CEP USM, 2020) Rotaru, Ramona-Elena
