The article is built according to the following logic: (•) defining and characterizing the Education Framework Plan as a curricular product; (•) comparative analysis of the Framework Plan from the Republic of Moldova with the Education Plans from different countries; (•) establishing the place of key competencies in the structure of the National Curriculum; (•) establishing strong relationships of school subjects in relation to key competencies; (•) presentation of the logic of capitalizing on key skills and the guidelines for the development of the Education Framework Plan.Item SOCIAL ANXIETY FACTORS: PSYCHOLOGICAL AND EDUCATIONAL MECHANISMS OF REGULATION(CEP USM, 2022-11-29) Toma, NataliaIn this article, the problem of social anxiety is addressed in the context of current challenges: political, economic, pandemic, social, military, etc. In the analytical part, the concept of anxiety is analyzed from different perspectives and an attempt is made to define the concept of social anxiety. The internal and external factors that cause anxiety are extensively analyzed, with the focus being on psychological and social/external factors. At the same time, the forms and levels of anxiety manifestation are highlighted, and also are presented data of a situational survey of different social groups regarding their reaction to the challenges of contemporary world.Item DEZVOLTAREA PSIHICĂ: CONCEPT ȘI CARACTERISTICI ESENȚIALE(CEP USM, 2024) Toma, NataliaIn this article, the theoretical problem of the mental development of people at different ages is addressed. The reference framework was the works of J.Rousso, Ch.Darvin, H.Taine, W.Preger, A.Birch and others. The psychic development of man is the object of Developmental Psychology, which has, in our view, the following objectives: the description of the way in which human individuals develop; how to change throughout life; establishing the factors that determine these changes. The focus is on redefning the concept of development as a set of transformations that affect living organisms and lead to physical, mental and social changes. At the same time, the factors that generate psychic development and the specifc characteristics of this process are analyzed. All the factors that are involved in psychic development are closely related to each other.Item Andragogic concept and tool of learning and education of adults(CEP USM, 2023) Guțu, Vladimir; Țurcanu, Carolina; Toma, NataliaOne of the aspects that are increasingly imposed in the context of developing systems of formal, non-formal, informal learning and education of adults is the adequacing of didactic actions to their individual, professional and social needs. Achieving this goal requires, among other things, the adoption and application of training, creative and interactive andragogic technologes and strategies. The premise from which it was started implies the delimitation and explanation of the key notions of adult learning and education: methodology, technology, strategy, method of learning and education of adults. The focus is on arguing the essence of these notions from the perspective of traditional paradigm and modern paradigm of training and education. In the given article, an andragogic concept of connection and interpenetration of the methodology, technology and strategy of adult learning and education is proposed. In this sense, learning and education of adults are strongly focused on the psychocentric and sociocentric approaches, which must be relevantly reflected in the curriculum. Namely the curriculum has as object of reflection the relationship between the individual, the society and the educational (learning) institution. The socio-psychological approach of the curriculum for adults’ learning and education is focused on the following conceptual approaches: the process of changing/developing the curriculum in relation to social and psychological factors; organizing and conducting adult education through a curriculum that creates contexts for active learning and respects personal and professional needs.Item PSYCHOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF ADULT EDUCATION: FORMAL, NON-FORMAL AND INFORMAL CONTEXT(CEP USM, 2021) Toma, NataliaThe article is devoted to the analysis of psychological foundations of adult education and upbringing, namely psychological theories that significantly influenced the development of the paradigm of adult education (behaviourism, activity theory, humanistic theory, genetic psychology, constructivist theory, etc.). At the same time, the psychological mechanisms of adult education are considered: motivation, interest, responsibility, and psychophysical characteristics of adult learners are also given.Item EDUCAȚIA NONFORMALĂ A TINERILOR ȘI A ADULȚILOR: CADRUL MOTIVAȚIONAL(CEP USM, 2020) Toma, NataliaÎn articol este abordată problema privind motivația învățării nonformale la tineri și adulți. Pentru prima dată învățămân tul nonformal s-a fundamentat ca sistem și susbsistem, accentul fiind puspe învățământul nonformal al tineril or și al adulților. Totodată, a fost realizată clasificarea diferitor categorii de tineri și adulți în raport cu forma de implicare în activitățile de învățare nonformale și diagnosticarea mobilurilor motovaționale caracteristice acestor categorii de formabili. În baza analizei rezultatelor diagnosticării mobilurilor motivaționale a tinerilor și a adulților au fost identificate părțile forte și cele vulnerabile ale educației nonformale a acestor categorii de subiecți.
