Item The impact of teamwork on the motivation process and academic involvement of students(CEP USM, 2024) Momanu, Mirela-Claudia; Potâng, AngelaThis article presents the results of a quantitative study conducted to highlight the importance of teamwork in the academic environment, particularly in the current context defined by the transition to new educational formats because of the pandemic and post-pandemic period. Amid these changes, achieving and maintaining the same level of motivation, collaboration, and academic engagement, essential for successful learning environments, has become challenging and difficult. The analysis of preferred working methods of students revealed that teamwork has a favorable impact on increasing intrinsic motivation for knowledge and experiencing stimulation, on extrinsic motivation for identification and regulation, as well as on academic engagement of students. We believe that the findings of this research have significant practical value for the educational process, enabling educators to identify teaching and assessment methods based on the premise that teamwork significantly contributes to enhancing the motivation process and academic engagement behavior of the students.Item Valences of psychological assessment of curriculum(CEP USM, 2024) Potâng, AngelaThe given article addresses the importance of psychological evaluation of the curriculum for ensuring a balanced, relevant and effective education. The analysis showed that curriculum balance is a central element in preventing cognitive and emotional overload of school pupils. The balanced curriculum between theory and practical activities supports the harmonious development of pupils, allowing a diversification of competences and an increased interest in learning. In terms of relevance, curriculum that includes up-to-date content and adapted to contemporary social and economic realities has proven to increase students’ motivation and better prepare them for integration into society. In terms of potential, the study shows that a curriculum focused on essential skills such as critical thinking, creativity and adaptability has a positive long-term impact on students’ personal and professional success. Curriculum focused on these skills supports pupils not only in academic performance, but also in developing essential social and emotional competences. Finally, the analysis of impact on teaching practice and on the relationship with the community revealed that a flexible and relevant curriculum contributes to an effective collaboration between teachers, pupils and parents. Thus, the psychological evaluation of the curriculum becomes essential to adapt the contents and teaching methods to the real needs of pupils and to strengthen the relationships between school, family and community, promoting an integrated and effective educationItem MOTIVAȚIA INTRINSECĂ - PREDICTOR AL IMPLICĂRII ACADEMICE A STUDENȚILOR(CEP USM, 2024) Momanu, Mirela-Claudia; Potâng, AngelaMotivation represents a long-researched construct, as it is put at the service of obtaining high performance in all areas of human activity, representing a higher level of individual goal achievement within the various actions performed. In this research we set out to specifically identify the influence of intrinsic motivation, through the prism of its facets intrinsic motivation for knowledge, intrinsic motivation for achievement and intrinsic motivation to stimulate exploration, which bring a significant contribution to the achievement of aspirational progress and which can have a determining role on the involvement of students in the academic environment. We expect to identify certain aspects related to intrinsic motivation that have a large weight within this influence and that can generate an increase in academic involvement and, if possible, to quantify the extent to which the intrinsic motivation for knowledge, intrinsic motivation for achievement and intrinsic motivation to stimulate exploration respectively could represent factors of the potential of students’ academic engagement and performance.Item DIFERENȚE DE GEN PRIVIND PERCEPȚIA CONFLICTULUI MUNCĂ-FAMILIE(CEP USM, 2022-11-29) Potâng, Angela; Cebanu, MarinaStudiul a fost realizat în cadrul programului „Generații și Gen”. Cercetarea de față și-a propus identificarea diferențelor de gen în manifestarea conflictului muncă-familie, și anume percepția privind conflictul muncă-familie la femei și bărbați. În cadrul cercetării au fost implicați 10 044 persoane, cu vârsta cuprinsă între 15 și 79 dintre care: 38,1% persoane de gen masculin și 61,9% persoane de gen feminin. Rezultatele studiului sunt utile managerilor, specialiștilor în resurse umane, psihologilor organizaționali, actorilor implicați în procesul de luare a deciziilor privind politicile sociale, reprezentanților organizațiilor non-guvernamentale etc.Item MEMORIA ȘI ÎNVĂȚAREA(CEP USM, 2022-11-29) Potâng, AngelaÎn articol se pune accentul pe rolul memoriei în procesul de învățare la elevi. Importanța memoriei în activitatea cognitivă nu trebuie subestimată, deoarece fără procesele memoriei niciun tip de învățare nu este posibilă. Scopul cercetării date constă în a determina viziunile/opiniile cadrelor didactice, părinților și ale elevilor privind necesitatea antrenării memoriei, relația dintre nivelul de dezvoltare a memoriei și performanța în învățare, factorii stimulativi ai capacităților mnezice ale elevilor. Capacitățile mnezice ale elevului constituie un factor predictor puternic pentru performanța școlară, de aceea e nevoie ca memoria să fie îmbunătățită constant în cadrul activităților didactice.Item RELAȚIA DINTRE MOTIVAȚIA PROFESIONALĂ A CADRELOR DIDACTICE ȘI MANIFESTĂRILE BURNOUTULUI(2021) Potâng, Angela; Croitoriu, NicoletaÎn articol este abordată problematica motivației profesionale a cadrelor didactice din învățământul preuniversitar în raport cu particularitățile de manifestare a sindromului burnout. A special interest was directed towards psychological assistance adapted to the psycho-social context in the digital age.Item CERCETĂRI PRIVIND PROCESUL DE ASIGURARE A ACTIVITĂȚII PSIHOLOGICE ÎN ȘCOALĂ (DIN PERSPECTIVA ELEVILOR DIN CICLUL LICEAL)(2021) Potâng, Angela; Șterbeț, RuxandraArticolul relevă rezultatele unui studiu constatativ, realizat pe un eșantion de elevi din clasele de liceu, care are drept scop identificarea viziunilor privind activitatea de asistență psihologică în sistemul de învățământ general. Se pune accentul pe rolul activităților psihologului în școală, orientate spre formarea unei personalități armoni oase a elevului. S-a constatat că există necesitatea organizării sesiunilor de informare pentru actorii sistemului educațional (elevi, părinți, profesori) cu privire la specificul serviciului psihologic în cadrul școlii.Item CERCETĂRI PRIVIND ASIGURAREA COMPONENTEI COGNITIVE ÎN ACTIVITATEA PSIHOLOGULUI ȘCOLAR(CEP USM, 2022) Potâng, AngelaProfesia de psiholog, relativ tânără pentru țara noastră, este una dintre ocupațiile dificile, caracterizată prin solicitări de ordin cognitiv, dar și emoțional. Articolul dat relevă datele unui studiu realizat pe un eșantion de 166 de elevi din ciclul liceal, care au fost chestionați cu referire la modul în care percep serviciile de asistență psihologică în școală. Se pune accentul pe caracterul multiaspectual al activității psihologului în instituția de învățământ, de la evaluarea și dez- voltarea proceselor psihice cognitive, a dimensiunilor de personalitate și până la aspecte legate de relațiile interpersonale și coeziunea de grup. Având în vedere complexitatea misiunilor ce revin unui psiholog din domeniul educațional, ne-am propus drept obiectiv de cercetare determinarea viziunilor elevilor privind modul de realizare a activității psihologice în instituțiile de învățământ cu referire la componenta cognitivă.Item ASPECTE PSIHOLOGICE PRIVIND IMPLICAREA FEMEILOR ȘI BĂRBAȚILOR ÎN CÂMPUL MUNCII(CEP USM, 2022-10-26) Cebanu, Marina; Potâng, AngelaDomeniul profesional este la fel de important, atât pentru femei, cât și pentru bărbați. Însă oportunitățile pentru ambele genuri, nu mereu sunt egale, din cauza percepțiilor și așteptărilor diferite. În acest studiu, ne-am întrebat care sunt aspectele psihologice ale implicării bărbaților și femeilor în câmpul muncii, și anume: satisfacția de cuplu, conflictul muncă-familie, implicarea în treburile casnice. Rezultatele obținute ne oferă o imagine mai clară asupra modului în care aceste trei aspecte interacționează și pot fi utilizate de către specialiștii în resurse umane, manageri, psihologi organizaționali, reprezentanți ai organizațiilor non-guvernamentale și alți actori sociali.
