    The present study focuses on bringing to light the fact that the perspective must be "drowned" in parallel / simultaneous actions taken primarily by companies (multinational, large, medium and small) as well as by final consumers. Because when the metamorphosis of customer behavior is indisputably neglected: moral, spiritual values, as well as their ability to reflect and reason logically and selfishly, constantly driven by the exhortations "do what you have to do for your children and grandchildren", "consume what you have to consume", the familiar marketing treatment (including, directly), encompassing various lexemes/concepts, including those of sustainability, is becoming obsolete.

    The benefits of operating a franchise system in the Republic of Moldova include cheap labour and low advertising costs. At the same time, there is a low level of purchasing power, as well as low quality of services on the market, since a large part of the goods and services offered by companies representing foreign firms and aimed at middle- and high-income customers, depend to a large extent on the economic situation of the country and the increase in purchasing power of the population.

    Tourism is one of the most important economic activities and a promoter of sustainable development. The increase in the complexity and volume of the tourism offer has led to the development of a real tourism industry, for which reason tourism should be treated as a separate branch of the economy. Tourism plays a key role in the economic and social life by acting as a dynamic force in the global economic system, as a means of diversifying the economic structure and alleviating inter-regional imbalances, and as an active and attractive means of education, raising the level of knowledge, culture and civilisation of the population.

    DEZVOLTARE SUSTENABILĂ VERSUS MARKETING OFENSATOR

    In spite of the fact that the specialized literature abounds in sustainability content, modest research that would concern the relationship between sustainability and marketing strategy examine this addiction, especially from the perspective of companies. A study conducted with the masters confirmed, once again, that when the transformation that happened and the altitude of their customers is neglected, their spiritual height, but also the ability of many to slowly ', logically, guiding -constantly from the urge, 'consume what you have to consume', the familiar approach of marketing, which integrates various concepts, including those of sustainability and durability, becomes vain. Therefore, we have set ourselves as purpose: 1. Argumentation of the cases of absurd incorporation of durability and sustainability in philosophy and arithmetic marketing; 2. Investigating practices, that from our point of view, are offensive to customers, even in the context in which more and more companies embrace the imperative of sustainable and/or sustainable development.
