    Nowadays, the public-private partnership in contemporary conditions becomes a driver of economic development, a basis for modernization and a factor for increasing the country's competitiveness. That determines the development of infrastructure potential in the form of construction and modernization of a complex of socio-economically significant objects. In the developed countries, being a reality promoted recently, the public-private partnership encompasses intellectual, institutional and organizational resources, and acquires an increasingly important role in integrating the managerial structure in central and local public administrations. The analysis of the configuration of the management of international publicprivate partnership projects, in the conditions of financial and economic instability, highlights the issue of attracting the private sector to participate in the management and financing of socially significant strategic infrastructure projects. In this regard, this article is intended to extrapolate the project management methodology in the context of public-private partnership, the implementation of which can significantly improve the process of managing public-private partnership projects.

    Digital marketing for modern business is of significant importance. Businesses must take advantage of this opportunity to survive in the turbulent world. Due to the digital environment, companies are able to demonstrate their products in a different way than the traditional one, virtually, not being limited by space, time, and geolocation, and they can also reach their target audience globally. With the help of online communication channels and digital strategies, businesses are better connected with their target audience and can provide information at a higher level. The article aims to research the evolution of the digital environment, the definitio n of digital marketing concepts and digital marketing strategies, and the analysis of the digital market in the Republic of Moldova that can serve as the basis for the customization of future companies marketing strategies. In crisis, the municipalities’ socio-economic situation becomes unstable and the structure of the local economy needs to change. The main problem of the management of municipal socio-economic systems in crisis conditions is the change in the perception of administrative and managerial staff, and the management of the real sector and population considering the municipal socio-economic system as a single territorial economic structure that respects market laws and has the capacity to pursue a competent and independent socio-economic policy.     DETERMINATION OF THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT INDEX OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CREATION OF INNOVATIVE HUBS

    Enterprises in their classical form are complex and inflexible structures, unable to respond quickly to the environmental changes. At the same time, the existing national and international regulations and procedures limit their agility and velocity of work but are necessary for the existence of business settlements. We all know that such structures do not stimulate the creation and promotion of innovations that we all need,and that can lead not only to competitive advantage but also to the development of country indices. In this respect, the article aims to determine the influence of the Republic of Moldova economic development index by the joint ventures and state-owned enterprises’investments. In the research,we use the documentation methods of statistical data and two linear regression unifactorial econometric models and the statistical procedure Least Squares Method.Investigation and description of this topic allow the author to generalize the main findings of the major influence of the enterprise’s investments on the economic and social development of the Republic of Moldova.
