MONITORINGUL EFICIENT AL MANAGEMENTULUI SISTEMELOR SOCIO - ECONOMICE MUNICIPALE ÎN CONDIȚII DE CRIZĂ

Abstract

The relevance of the study consists in the development of theoretical-methodological approaches and the elaboration of practical recommendations for the management of municipal socio-economic systems in conditions of economic instability. In crisis, the municipalities’ socio-economic situation becomes unstable and the structure of the local economy needs to change. The main problem of the management of municipal socio-economic systems in crisis conditions is the change in the perception of administrative and managerial staff, and the management of the real sector and population considering the municipal socio -economic system as a single territorial economic structure that respects market laws and has the capacity to pursue a competent and independent socio-economic policy. However, at present, the municipality has real and diverse opportunities to monitor the effective management of the anti-crisis impact on the local socio-economic situation, especially using and applying municipal diagnostic methods.
