Abstract

In this article we propose to analyze the legal trends through the prism of the provisions of paragraph (4) art. 177 Contraventional Code of the Republic of Moldova, which provides for the violation of legislation in the field of construction, given the fact that with the expansion of the construction sector at the national level, many deviations from contraventional legislation, a fact that requires more rigorous implementation of the construction activity in order to ensure public and urban safety. Thus, the presented article will elucidate the issue of the regulation of these violations, the analysis of the contraventional norm provided for in paragraph (4) art.177 Contraventional Code of the Republic of Moldova and the analysis of the trends for the improvement of legislation in the field of constructions. Including, we will analyze the practical aspects regarding the violation of contravention legislation in the field of construction, by natural and legal persons.
