Abstract
Prezentul articol este o încercare de a analiza calitatea de subiect de drept internațional public și de membru al organizațiilor internaționale a popoarelor sau națiunilor, care luptă pentru eliberarea națională prin prisma recentei Rezoluții a Adunării Generale a ONU (nr.67/19 din 29.11.2012) privind acordarea Palestinei a statutului de stat observator, nemembru al ONU. În special, sunt analizate drepturile care le obține Palestina, în noua sa calitate, în sistemul ONU.
In this Article the author attempts to analyze the qualification of the subject of the Public International Law, and of the member of international organizations of the population or nations which fight for national liberation – in the light of the recent United Nations General Assembly Resolution 67/19 from 29.11.2012 which decided to accord to Palestine non-member observer State status in the United Nations, without prejudice to the acquired rights, privileges and role of the Palestine Liberation Organization in the United Nations as the representative of the Palestinian people, in accordance with the relevant resolutions and practice. In particularly, the new rights acquired by Palestine are analyzed.
