The Author of the article “Regarding on rumanian/ romanian origin of the word senate and Senate Institution” tried, based on analysis of written sources in olden times, to prove that: senats, gerouses, sinclits and sinedrions as state organs in ancient Rome, Antic Greece and Judea as well the words that were named these institutions, have rumanian/ romanian provenance. For this purpose he made reference to the works of acquaintances historians: Titus Livius, Gaius Paterculus, Plutarh, Marcus Tullius Cicero and others that lived in that period and took an active part in politic life within those states.en
