APĂRAREA DREPTURILOR ȘI INTERESELOR CADRELOR DIDACTICE PRIN INTERMEDIUL INSTITUȚIEI PARTENERIATULUI SOCIAL

Abstract

This article analyses the possibility of defending the rights and interests of teachers by means of their representatives – trade unions, within the social partnership. The article describes the forms of defence of the rights and interests of teachers and the place of civic defence. As an example of the rights and benefits granted to teachers through this means, the author of the article analyses the acting collective bargaining agreement, along with the conditions under which the teachers may benefit from these benefits. The method used in the research includes the analysis of the acting normative framework, including the domain related acts of social partnership and the synthesis of existing rights and guarantees, resulting from collective bargaining.
