ASPECTE METODOLOGICE ORIENTATE SPRE FUNCȚIONAREA INCUBATOARELOR DE INOVARE DIN MEDIUL UNIVERSITAR

Abstract

The university environment as the main element of the knowledge-based society has the mission to directly contribute to the development of the individual and the social-economic environment by generating knowledge through education, research and innovation. The role of the university environment is: to form of competent human resources for the professional environment; generate new methods and procedures in learning / knowledge; to provide conditions for the institutional development of the members who are employed in this environment. At the same time, we mention that the innovation incubator is a link that allows members of the university community to apply their skills in practice. Operation and monitoring of incubators by applying various methods or techniques allows to select the specific methodology of the innovation incubator located in the university or academic environment.
