CONTRACTUL DE SERVICII TURISTICE: DEFINIŢIA, EVOLUŢIA ŞI PERSPECTIVELE

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the notion and legal characters of the tourist services contract. The evolution of the relevant national legislation is also analyzed by comparing it to the similar legislation of other jurisdictions. After having assessed the perspectives for the development of tourism in Republic of Moldova, the author mentions the positive and negative aspects which may influence the development of this branch of the national economy.
