ARBITRAJUL – CALE ALTERNATIVĂ DE APĂRARE A DREPTURILOR CIVILE

Abstract

Being one of the oldest means of peace sanction of the disputes, the arbitration represents voluntary expressed consent arguing to leave the dispute of the third party (arbitration trial) the decision of which is obligatory for the parties in dispute. Compulsion of recognition and execution of the decision is the main thing that distinguishes arbitration procedure from resulted above means of peace settlement of disputes.
