In contemporary society, as it has been since the beginning of time, it is impossible to live without communication, and efficient communication would be absolutely impossible without the possession and dissemination of information. Information is present all around us. It travels at amazing speed and has the ability to diffuse in almost any medium. People get information from different fields by different means. It should be emphasized that the right to information is a subjective right of the individual guaranteed by the state. Moreover, any individual has the right to access public information, especially if they are directly concerned.en
