CONCILIEREA INTERNAŢIONALĂ – MIJLOC POLITICO- DIPLOMATIC DE SOLUŢIONARE PAȘNICĂ A DIFERENDELOR INTERNAŢIONALE

Abstract

International reconciliation is a way of diplomatically resolving international disputes, as a result of the experience gained in the work of the international commissions of inquiry and the concern to overcome the constant difficulties in their functioning. We believe that international counseling is an important means of resolving disputes involving the examination of factual circumstances, as evidenced by numerous treaties that govern this procedure. This is very convenient for the states in dispute because it is done in accordance with the judicial procedure, so it implies an objective examination of all the circumstances of the case, but at the same time the pronounced solution has no binding effect on the parties.
