| dc.description.abstract | In 2016, the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopted Law no.132 regarding the National Integrity Authority, which established a new control mechanism for compliance with integrity regimes. In order to ensure a control and balance mechanism for ANI’s actitity, the Integrity Council was created. It was initially intended to supervise the activity and processes within the National Integrity Authority. In the article we will analyze the activity of the Integrity Council based on the normative acts and own experience.
