DREPTURILE ȘI LIBERTĂȚILE PERSOANELOR LA EXPEDIEREA/ PRIMIREA OBIECTELOR, VALORILOR, BUNURILOR, A MIJLOACELOR BĂNEȘTI, TRECUTE PESTE FRONTIERA VAMALĂ PRIN TRIMITERILE POȘTALE INTERNAȚIONALE ÎN CONDIȚIILE SOCIETĂȚII INFORMAȚIONALE CONTEMPORANE

Abstract

In this article the author refers to the human rights, including those of the legal entity, to send objects, values, goods from the Republic of Moldova to any country in the world through international post items, as well as to the persons’ rights and duties of receiving objects, values, goods sent to the Republic of Moldova through international post items. The author also points out the legal framework on the functioning of international post, as well as the concrete list of objects, values, goods that can be accepted for being sent to their destination through the means of international post items. The author also highlights the illegalities committed when sending objects, values, goods by international post items which, in case of their discovering by the customs border, are classified as customs contraventions or, as the case may be, customs crimes, in accordance with the customs legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
