Aspectele finanţării achiziţiilor publice prin prisma dezvoltării sistemului financiar sustenabil

Abstract

The article deals with the most important aspects of public procurement financing in the financial system of the Republic of Moldova. Public procurement in this study is considered as a multi-level system of interrelated categories, the functioning of which should ensure the development of a sustainable financial system for the subsequent achievement of maximum efficiency in the use of budget funds at the local and central levels. Also in this study, the problems arising in the implementation of public contracts in the Republic of Moldova are considered, proposals are presented to improve the efficiency of public procurement financing in the context of ensuring the stability of the entire national financial system.
