dc.description.abstractPentru o preformulare şi formulare corectă a medicamentelor este necesar să cunoaştem datele structural-moleculare ale substanţelor medicamentoase: masa moleculară; aria suprafeţei polare; numărul total al legăturilor de rotaţie; suma donorilor şi acceptorilor de protoni. La fel este important şi cunoaşterea parametrilor biofarmaceutici: capacitatea de partiţie a formelor neionizate (LogP); capacitatea de distribuţie la diferite valori ale pH (LogD); solubilitatea (LogS) şi constanta de ionizare (pKa).en
dc.description.abstractFor correct formulation of the drugs, the structural-molecular properties of the substances, such as mo- lecular weight, polar surface area, total number of the rotate bound, total number of the donor and acceptor of protons are needed to be known. As well the biopharmaceutical parameters: partition coeffi cient octanol/water (LogP); distribution coeffi cient (LogD); solubility (LogS) and ionization constant (pKa) which are also very important.
