Abstract

Legislative technique is an integral part of legal methodology and plays a crucial role in the legislative process. This article employs the logical analysis and synthesis methods of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova to highlight its contribution to the legislative creation process. Through an analysis of several Constitutional Court decisions, the pivotal role it plays in refining legislative methodology becomes evident. The interpretations provided by the Court offer arguments to the Parliament for considering both political will and the intelligence demonstrated through an understanding of constitutional norms. This practice significantly contributes to maintaining the democratic path of the Republic of Moldova by ensuring that the laws adopted by the Parliament are in harmony with the Constitution.
