Abstract

The appearance in the public administration of the Republic of Moldova of institutions such as the autonomous administrative authorities that exercise their specific functions under the sign of independence is a relatively new phenomenon for our society. In this article we analyzed the realization of the state policy through the autonomous administrative authorities, specifying the theoretical foundations, the main characteristics, the structural-functional aspect, the method of appointing the members, and the leaders of these authorities. At the actual moment, 15 autonomous administrative authorities established under the organic law function in our country.
