For most legal scientist of law, whether theorists or practitioners, the phenomenon of corruption represents an important subject of study, because it is a phenomenon which worries the governments as much as the public opinion from the whole world. Corruption manifests itself economically, administratively, juridical and political in any society and it is an abuse of authority and power, the use of public office in personal interest, by breaking the law by certain people through bribery, fraud, blackmail, fraud, traffic of influence and other acts punishable by law. In these circumstances, the national and international authorities must cooperate to find and adopt strategies to prevent and combat corruption, as well as to improve existing strategies.en
