| dc.description.abstract | The research below attempts to assess the impact of cooperation between beneficiaries and social workers on the efficiency and quality of social services. The article focuses on improving communication, trust and mutual involvement, analyzing how these elements contribute to beneficiaries’ outcomes and satisfaction.
