dc.description.abstract | Articolul oferă noi perspective asupra activității biologice a sărurilor de sodiu și litiu ale complexului binuclear [Mo2O4(EDTA)]2- – un model molecular sintetic binecunoscut al centrului activ al molibdoenzimelor. Experiențele clasice cu ciliatul standard Paramecium caudatum (Ehrenberg, 1833) demonstrează un efect stimulator neașteptat asupra viabilității acestora, crescând semnificativ rata lor de reproducere la concentrații micromolare ale sării de litiu în mediul nutritiv. | en |
dc.description.abstract | The article provides new insights on the biological activity of the sodium and lithium salts of the binuclear complex [Mo2O4(EDTA)]2- – a well-known synthetic molecular model of the active center of molybdoenzymes. Classical experiments on standard ciliate Paramecium caudatum (Ehrenberg, 1833) reveal unexpected stimulating effect on paramecia viability, significantly increasing their reproduction rate at micromolar concentrations of the lithium salt in the growth medium. | |

Классические эксперименты на стандартной инфузории Paramecium caudatum (Ehrenberg, 1833) обнаруживают неожиданный стимулирующий эффект на их жизнеспособность, значительно увеличивая скорость их размножения при микромолярных концентрациях литиевой соли в питательной среде. | |
