EXPRESII FRAZEOLOGICE ROMÂNEȘTI CU TERMENI GASTRONOMICI

Abstract

Expresiile frazeologice reprezintă construcții fixe plastice care reflectă istoria, mentalitatea, cultura unui popor. La baza fiecărei expresii frazeologice se află situaţii socioculturale concrete. De originea sau motivația unor idiotisme au fost preocupați, în lingvistica română, B.P. Hasdeu, Iuliu Zanne, Lazăr Șăineanu, Vasile Bogrea, Alexandru Graur, Iorgu Iordan, Sextil Pușcariu, Stelian Dumistrăcel. Eugen Coșeriu a definit noțiunea de „discurs repetat”, în care includea citatele, proverbele, locuțiunile fixe, formulele de comparație și diferite alte expresii integrate de vorbitor în ceea ce lingvistul numea „tehnica liberă a discursului”. În context, prezintă interes circumstanțele în care anumite construcții au ajuns să aibă accepții figurate, cadrul semantic și motivațiile stilistice ale constituirii unor imagini în exprimarea figurată. În lucrare, urmărim moduri de exprimare a mentalului românesc prin diverse expresii frazeologice ce conțin termeni gastronomici, ilustrând drumul spre imagine al unor asociații de cuvinte ale limbii române. Vom face distincție între expresiile de tipul „imaginare” și cele reprezentând „copii ale realității”, care ilustrează aspecte autohtone ale mentalităților și manifestărilor în planul vieții social-culturale și al spiritualității.Phraseological expressions represent fixed plastic constructions that reflect the history, mentality, culture of a people. At the base of each phraseological expression are concrete sociocultural situations. In Romanian linguistics, B.P. Hasdeu, Iuliu Zanne, Lazăr Șaineanu, Vasile Bogrea, Alexandru Graur, Iorgu Iordan, Sextil Pușcariu, Stelian Dumistrăcel was concerned with the origin or motivation of some idiocy. Eugen Coșeriu defined the notion of "repeated speech", which included quotations, proverbs, fixed locutions, comparison formulas and various other expressions integrated by the speaker in what the linguist called "free speech technique". In the context, the circumstances in which certain constructions have come to have figurative meanings, the semantic framework and the stylistic motivations of the constitution of some images in figurative expression are of interest. In the paper, we follow ways of expressing the Romanian mentality through various phraseological expressions containing gastronomic terms, illustrating the way to the image of some word associations of the Romanian language. We will distinguish between expressions of the "imaginary" type and those representing "copies of reality", which illustrate autochthonous aspects of mentalities and manifestations in the plane of social-cultural life and spirituality.
