dc.description.abstractIn this paper, an extensive study was performed on the processes of nitrosation of drugs, which leads to the formation of N-nitrosamines (NNA), which 80% are carcinogenic. The process of nitrosation of antibiotics with nitrites ions and NNA formation was studied depending on the nature of the studied drug and depending on the pH. Chitosan derivatives functionalized with polyphenols and thiosemicarbazides were synthesized to inhibit nitrosis. For the structural analysis of the obtained copolymers were used the methods: UV-VIS, IR, 1H-NMR. The antioxidant activity of the copolymers obtained was determined by the DPPH method.en
