Abstract

The material liability of the employees is an important institution in the framework of labour relationships. The legislation expressely sets the type-contract of full material liability and establishes the contractula clauses that have to be included, thus being expelled some abuses of rights that can appear between the parts of the contract. We have to know the necessary conditions for the validity of such a contract, and also the functions accomplished through this institution.
