ABORDAREA CLASICĂ A SUBIECTELOR „RUPTE” DIN ISTORIE CA MODEL PENTRU CREAȚIA LITERARĂ MODERNĂ

Abstract

În Realismul secolului XX este valorificat din plin genul romanului istoric, care aduce în prim-plan evenimente mai îndepărtate în timp decât cele două Războaie Mondiale. De cele mai multe ori, subiectele sunt inspirate de evenimentele derulate anterior secolului XX. Revenirea romancierilor la trecutul îndepărtat nu este una întâmplătoare. Intenția scriitorilor contemporani era, pe de o parte, de a evada din prezentul apăsător spre alte realități, demult uitate, învăluite în mister, idealizate și chiar mistificate într-o anumită măsură, iar pe de altă parte, de a trasa prin intermediul evenimentelor istorice, paralele cu situația din societatea prezentă.

In the twentieth century Realism, is fully exploited the historical novel genre, that presents first and foremost events more distant in time than the two World Wars. Most often, the subjects are inspired by events that have taken place before the 20th century. The novelists’ return to the distant past is not coincidental. The contemporary writers’ intention was, on the one hand, to escape of the overwhelming present to other realities, long ago forgotten, surrounded by mystery, idealized and even mystified to a certain extent, and on the other hand, to draw parallels, by means of historical events, to the situation in the present society.
