dc.description.abstractCurrently, the financial instability, the interconnected energy and economic crises and the migration generated by the war, faced by many countries, as well as the Republic of Moldova, have become the most important topics of economic research, public debates, economic and financial policies. Therefore, from an economic and financial perspective, instability can be regarded as a reality. It can affect the activities of various economic entities and can lead to the alienation of certain economic units from Republic of Moldova. This is why we consider it necessary to develop and implement effective methods of management to supervise the situation. Besides implementing the necessary measures, the authorities also need to develop effective management techniques to ensure the continuous growth of the entities. This can help them meet the needs of their members and the public.en
