Abstract

The prospects of Euro-integration of the Republic of Moldova determine young people to study and know a specialized foreign language of international communication. Indeed, we observe an increasing demand for functional or practical French. The development of specialized content in French implies another dimension towards an entry into an unknown field for both student and teacher. This article presents some ways of approaching the authentic document in French classes, a practical case : legal French. Studying an authentic document is the most accessible and direct way of getting to know it and discovering specialized terminology. The article also clarifies certain aspects that gives Legal French authenticity and emphasizes its importance for teaching notions of French professional culture and civilization. Integrating and dealing with an authentic document in French lessons requires the use of previously acquired notions.
