dc.description.abstract | This study aims to obtain and characterize natural dyes from local plant sources and agro-industrial waste for use in the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. For this Soxhlet and combined extraction methods were used, followed by sample concentration and recrystallization. Microscopic and spectral (FT-IR) analyses confirmed the presence of the natural dyes. The study highlights the importance of using agro-industrial waste for sustainable products, reducing environmental impact, and contributing to the economic development of the Republic of Moldova. | en |
