Abstract

At present, the world legislative system is undergoing a metamorphosis of changes, which are in step with the latest events, which are taking place internationally, influen- ced by several situations that partially or totally change some legislative practices. This method was implemented with the impossibility of people to present themselves at the headquarters ,of the criminal investigation bodies in order to file the complaint.
