Abstract

В статье освещаются правовые способы защиты права собственности, которые является одним из основных социально-экономических прав человека. Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что право на уважение частной собственности гарантировано ст. 46 Конституции Республики Молдова и ст. 1 Протокола № 1 к Конвенции о защите прав человека и основных свобод, и что это право очень часто нарушается.

Articolul evidențiază mijloace legale de apărare a dreptului de proprietate, care este unul dintre drepturile socioeconomice fundamentale ale omului. Actualitatea temei se datorează faptului că dreptul la apărarea proprietății private este garantat de art. 46 din Constituția Republicii Moldova și art. 1 din Protocolul nr. 1 la Convenția pentru apărarea drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, precum că acest drept este adesea încălcat.

The article highlights legal means of protecting property rights, which is one of the basic socio-economic human rights. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the right to respect for private property is guaranteed by art. 46 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and Art. 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and that this right is often violated.
