dc.description.abstracthe polymer chitosan was obtained throw the alkaline deacetilation. It was determined the molecullar mass of industrial and synthesized chitosan using the intrinsic viscosity. The deacetilation degree of both industrial and synthesized chitosan was determined. In order to characterize the chemical structures of industrial and synthesized chitosan it was obtained the IR spectras and they were compared with the IR spectra of chitin. It was obtained the functionalization compound of chitosan and DFH4, using different mass content, and it was studied the inhibition properties of them.en
