TIPURI DE GUVERNE CONTEMPORANE. ASPECTE DE DREPT COMPARAT

Abstract

Prezentul articol constituie un studiu dedicat diverselor tipuri de guverne existente în țările contemporane. Scopul acestui articol este de a analiza normele constituționale referitoare la formarea și încetarea activității guvernului, structura și componența acestuia în diverse state și de a descrie rolul guvernului într-o societate contemporană. Studierea comparată a instiuției guvernului ne permite să concluzionăm că nu există un model unic de organizare și funcționare a acestei autorități publice, reglementările juridice în domeniul dat fiind diferite de la un stat la altul.

This article constitutes a study dedicated to different types of governments existing in contemporary countries. The aim of the article is to analyze the constitutional rules covering government formation and termination, the structure and composition of the government in various countries and to describe the role of the government in a modern society. The comparative study of institution of government allows us to conclude that there is no single model for the organization and functioning of this public authority, the legal regulations in the field being different from one state to another.
