O CLASIFICARE A CALCURILOR: CALCUL ÎN TEXTUL SPECIALIZAT EDITORIAL - POLIGRAFIC

Abstract

Calcul lingvistic este un fenomen la fel de frecvent întâlnit în textul nespecializat ca și în cel specializat. Calcul lingvistic reprezintă elementele morfologice ale unui termen sau cuvinte întregi din sursă traduse literal pentru a forma un termen nou în limba țintă. Facând un studiu asupra caracteristicilor sincronice ale terminologiei editorial-poligrafice, am clasificat acești termeni în trei grupuri fundamentale. Observările efectuate asupra unor corpusuri de exemple, ce atestă existenţa unor elemente de vocabular noi/recente, extrase preponderent din surse specializate, ne permit să înțelegem că calcul deține un rol important în formarea noilor termeni editorial- poligrafici, fiind o oglindire a tangențelor dintre limbile lumii, dar și un rezultat al globalizării lingvistice.

Translation borrowing is a common both phenomenon in the non-specialized text and in the specialized one. It represents the morphological elements of a term or whole words translated literally from the source to coin a new term in the target language. Conducting a study on the synchronous characteristics of the editorial-polygraphic terminology, we classified these terms into three basic groups. The observations made on some corpora of examples attesting the existence of new/re cent vocabulary elements, extracted mainly from specialized sources, allow us to understand that translation loans play an important role in the formation of new editorial- polygraphic terms, being a reflection of tangents between world languages, and also a result of linguistic globalization.
