Abstract

The State Chancellery was empowered with the attributions of authority to monitor the state controls on the entrepreneurial activity and to ensure the application of the principles and mechanisms provided in the legislative framework. Thus, it ensures the full functionality of the State Register of Controls, providing advisory support to the persons subject to control and to the competent bodies with control functions regarding the application of the principles and mechanisms provided by law.
