RĂSPUDEREA CONSTITUȚIONALĂ A PREȘEDINTELUI REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în efectuarea unei cercetări temeinice privind răspunderea constituțională a Președintelui Republicii Moldova, în identificarea şi soluţionarea problemelor teoretico-practice legate de instituția prezidențială, precum și în formularea unor soluții și propuneri de lege ferenda apte să îmbunătățească cadrul legal și constituțional în materie.The purpose of the thesis is to carry out a thorough research on the constitutional liability of the President of the Republic of Moldova, in identifying and solving the theoretical-practical problems related to the presidential institution, as well as in formulating some solutions and proposals for ferenda law capable of improving the legal and constitutional framework in material.Цель диссертационного исследования заключается в проведении тщательного исследования конституционной ответственности Президента Республики Молдова, в выявлении и решении теоретико-практических проблем, связанных с институтом президентства, а также в формулировании законодательных предложений, способные существенно улучшить правовую и конституционную базу этого института.
