| dc.description.abstract | Throughout this scientific article we aim to analyse the prodigious and large-scale evolution of the financial crime in the Ponzi schemes, especially, the concept of the Ponzi scheme and its fundamental features. Moreover, we reflect the damage caused to people who invest their financial means in these schemes, but also on the economy of the states. A fortiori, the proper functioning of the system and the fight against crime in this area depend on the effective adoption and application of the legal-criminal norms. | en |
