| dc.description.abstract | The article analyses the factors, that determine certain communicative information within the institutions focused on children’s rights protection, and the relevance of collaborative skills of the specialists from institutions focused on child protection, in the deinstitutionalization process, - the process of replacing residential care with a set of alternative services created in order to meet children’s needs and to respect their rights. Effective inter-sectoral collaboration, based upon the normative stipulations of inter-sectoral mechanisms, increases the efficiency of social services for children at risk and can determine the individualized approach to the needs of a child in difficult situation. | en |
