Abstract
The author is focused on modern trends on the formation of a key element of the tourism industry. Were analyzed the initiatives to creat and the developent clusters in the Republic of MoIdova,in Romania and existing projects.It is cluster that will enable the local companies to get scills and knowledge required to be competitive and integrate into the international economic circuit. Thes connection and the intensity of cooperation lead to ab cluster differentiation based of the specialization, on geographical location.
