| dc.description.abstract | The expansion of new fields of knowledge and modern technologies has an increasingly important impact on the development and the evolution of terminological systems of languages. Thus, ecological terminology, as a part of this field, is continuously changing and undergoes the same processes that belong to the common language. Moreover, the ecological terminological system is an open system which allows the penetration of new terms by various ways, for instance: the connection with other related vocabularies, the common language, the influence of foreign languages, etc. This article deals with some basic issues concerning terminology: and, especially, some diacronic facts which explain the nature and diversity of the ecological terminology. | en |
