dc.description.abstractCriminal offence provided by the article 213 from the Special part of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova, establishes criminal liability for the negligent violation of the rules and the methods of medical assistance committed by a doctor or another representative of medical staff in case it provoked griveous bodily harm or injury, or the victim’s death. The author has analysed the modern penal doctrine and Precedent Law on national and international level. Conclusions formulated by the author are considered to be relevant for the future improvement of the contemporary penal law.en
