Abstract
În prezentul articol sunt tratate practicile de formare a mediatorilor interculturali centrate pe necesităţile pieţei de muncă din Republica Moldova. Procesul de globalizare şi provocările pieţei muncii au influenţat opţiunile metodologice din
Cadrul european comun de referinţă pentru limbi: învăţare, predare, evaluare, care constau în trecerea de la abordarea comunicativă la perspectiva acţională. Ca rezultat direct al fenomenului de globalizare, învăţarea unei limbi străine în context profesional devine o necesitate. Procesul de predare-învăţare trebuie să fie fundamentat pe necesităţile, motivaţiile, caracteristicile, resursele studentului. Se recomandă de a fi promovate metode adaptate pentru a permite studenţilor să-şi formeze competenţe de comunicare bazatepe necesităţile lor particulare. A învăţa o limbă cu orientare profesională înseamnă a obţine o experienţă concretă de muncă într-un context internaţional. În articol sunt relevate tehnicile de formarea viitorilor specialişti traducători, interpreţi, ghizi-interpreţi, redactori şi traducători juridici, care astăzi îşi fac studiilela specialitatea Limbi străine aplicate. Aplicarea metodologiilor descrise în articol va permiteo încadrare mai reuşită a tinerilor specialişti în câmpul muncii.
The present article carries out the practices of the formation of intercultural mediators focused on the labour market needs in the Republic of Moldova. The process of globalization and the labour market challenges have infuenced the metho-dological choices in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: learning, teaching,assessment that consists in the transfer from the communicative approach to action perspective. A direct result of glo balization is the necessity of learning a foreign language in the professional context. The teaching/learning process should be established on needs, motivations, characteristics and student’s resources. It is recommended to promote adjusted methods in order to allow the students acquire the communicative competence based on its specific needs. The professional oriented language learning allows a concrete work experience in an international context. The article reveals the techniques of formation and the actionstra tegies, in accordance with the labour market, of the future specialists: translators,interpreters, tour guide-interpreters, editors and legal translators at the Applied Foreign Languages specialty. Applying the methodologies described in the article will allow a more successfulinsertion on the labour market.
