MITO-FORIA: O COMPONENTĂ A IMAGINARULUI ÎN STUDIUL LUI JEAN-JACQUES WUNENBURGER

Abstract

The study “The Imaginary”, elaborated by Jean-Jacques Wunenburger, includes an overview of the interpretive ways of myth. The paper explains the importance of myth in the development of the imaginary, which denotes a human ability to coagulate the real with the unreal to reveal the cognitive-explanatory factor, accompanied by the horizons of understanding. The imaginary in the investigation of the erudite Professor Jean-Jacques Wunenburger is an objective one through argument, selection, structure and personal involvement. The notion of mytho-phoria arises not from a desire to introduce a new precept, but from the necessity that the researcher perceives in his investigations of myth. J.-J. Wunenburger systematizes the information according to the views of several authors. The author of the monograph “The Imaginary” insists on a notional deconstruction in favor of the myth revitalization process.
